Epic Arts Studios Community Center

Epic Arts Studios is our community arts and resource center located in South Berkeley at 1923 Ashby Avenue, Berkeley, CA, directly across the street from Ashby BART (map and directions). In addition to housing our administrative offices, this facility features three beautiful public spaces suitable for many uses including music and theater performances, classes, workshops, retreats, photos shoots, lessons and rehearsals. Our goal is to make this facility available and accessible for a wide variety of uses - please check out our booking and rental info and FAQ or call our office at 510.644.2204. Event Production Services

Epic Art’s in-house production team is available for hire to produce large and small scale events or festivals. Examples of our services include event planning, project management, technical services, marketing, promotion and full onsite production for your event. Events we have produced or co-produced include "How Berkeley!?", The ArtSFest Spectra Ball, The Edwardian Ball, The Bright River, Burning Man, Burning Man Decompression, ArtCar Fest, Portfest at The Port of Oakland, and many others. Strategic Consulting & Referrals

Epic Arts provides strategic planning, marketing and development support for events, organizations, arts related business, and commercial enterprises that have the potential to positively impact community and/or the cultural landscape. Rates vary depending on the project and scope. For more information email consulting@epicarts.org with a brief description of the project and goals.

Professional Creative Services

Epic Arts has an extensive network and directory of high-quality, professional creative services, performers and artists. We can refer you to almost any creative service you need - performance, puppets, costumes, graphic design, organizational planning, catering for events, green business development - the possibilities are endless. Fiscal Sponsorship

Fiscal sponsorship is a contractual relationship between Epic Arts and a project that is not already part of a 501(c)3 non-profit. This relationship enables the project or artist to receive tax deductible donations and/or apply for grants requiring the designation.
