Currently we have a limited amount of space available. All Units include access to shared space with 2 commercial sinks and bathroom.

Note: We do not have live/work space available.

Shared Storefront
$800 or $150 shared with a minimum of 5 other people.
We are looking to put one person on the lease and have them manage other payments. This is a perfect opportunity for a group of crafts people and or visual artists to come together and have a great storefront directly across the street from BART.

Aprox 8x10 -No windows, private locking door that shares an entrance with our existing storefront. Includes wireless Internet access and utilities

One of the office rooms is currently rented out to writers.
We would not recommend musicans use this space as it may conflict with our events upstairs and current tenants

Event & Meeting Space

Looking to do an evening show, concert, or other publicly promoted event, please go to our booking faq/event submission page here.

If you are interested in a private rental for a class, meeting, workshop, private party, holiday gathering, etc our rate is $25/hour all-inclusive. This includes three rooms plus use of our kitchen and sound system. This rental rate is subject to adjustment based on your proposed usage and attendance, additional staffing needs, security needs etc and will be worked out with Epic Arts' program director. An additional refundable security and cleaning deposit may also be required. Please email justin(at)epicarts.org with your proposed date, time, and usage and you will be contacted promptly.
